Licon Dairy

What has happened to Licon Dairy and their wonderful cheese? For the past two years, Licon has been producing funny tasting cheese. To be exact, they are making bad tasting Asadero cheese. I am not really sure as to why this is happening. Is anybody familiar with how Asadero cheese is made or processed? Believe it or not, I have brought it to their attention a few times. The last time I brought it to their attention, they gave me a free package of Asadero. Even that package tasted a little funny. All that I am saying is that a new quality control person needs to be hired. Actually what they need to do is hire somebody with functioning taste buds. Are the owners of Licon even aware of the fact that their cheese tastes like ass? Hopefully the taste of Licon Asadero cheese will improve for the upcoming new year. Peace!
